Smato is operated by Smart SME Consulting Company and provides personalized AI automation micro-tool services, including n8n deployment and workflow configuration, Discord AI assistant / Agent setup, architecture advice, and related technical consulting. Scope, deliverables, and fees are as confirmed in each proposal or written agreement.

3. Your responsibilities

You must ensure that requirements, account access, API keys, data, and instructions you provide are lawful and accurate. You are responsible for obtaining and securing LLM / third-party API keys and for token or subscription costs unless otherwise agreed.

4. Intellectual property

Branding, copy, design, and original content on this site belong to Smato / Smart SME or their licensors. Custom workflows delivered to you may be used within your own business unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Disclaimer

Automation and AI tools may err or interrupt due to model updates, third-party API changes, network conditions, or input data. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, zero errors, or uninterrupted operation.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smato / Smart SME is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any matter is limited to the configuration fees you actually paid for the related service.

7. Third-party services

Services may involve n8n, Discord, LLM providers, cloud, or search platforms governed by their own terms.
